Patient Participation Group
Contact Us

Dear Patient,

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

To help us with this we are setting up a patient participation group and would like to hear from any patients who may like to be involved in this.  The aim of this group is to discuss ways we may be able to improve patient services and experience.

Initially this group will be managed virtually, we will contact you by email and will keep our surveys succinct so that it does not take up too much of your time. We will ask members of this group some questions from time to time , such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received.

We aim to gather around 200 patients from as broard a spectrum as possible to ensure an appropriate representation of our practice patient population.

All registered patients are welcome to join the PPG although, in the interests of effective decision making membership of the core will have to be be limited.

If any patients are interested in becoming members of this group please contact the surgery by email to hamp-pct.fryern@nhs.net  expressing your interest and to sign up.
