Patient Registration
To register as a patient please ask at Reception for details. Newly registered patients will be invited for a consultation with our nursing team . We would encourage anyone with an ongoing medical condition or requiring repeat prescriptions to attend.
Since April 2004 patients are no longer able to register with a specific doctor in the Practice. However, you may express preference for a particular doctor and the Practice will encourage you to see that particular doctor as often as possible to maintain appropriate clinical follow-up.
If you wish to choose to see a particular Partner for some or all medical conditions please let the Receptionist know and she will note this in your medical records.
We will always try to ensure that this is possible but there may be occasions when it is not possible; such as when needing to see a doctor in an emergency when you will see the Duty doctor.
Practice Area
The surgery is situated in Oakmount Road, Chandlers Ford near the junction with Winchester Road (opposite Waitrose).
The Practice shares a Car Park with the Chandlers Ford Library. The Car Park is situated at the rear of the Library and is accessed from Oakmount Road. There is also a public underground car park at the rear of the Waitrose car park.
Unfortunately we have no room for patients to park in the very small private car park behind the surgery and residential flats.
