Patients should telephone for an appointment to be seen at the surgery during normal opening hours. Telephone: 023 8027 3252

The standard appointment for a Doctor or Nurse is 10 minutes. If you require a longer consultation please inform Reception at the time of booking.

Intimate Examinations:
You are entitled to ask for a chaperone to be present during intimate examinations. You can either choose a friend or relative to be present or ask the Practice to provide a chaperone.

Telephone Consultations:
If you feel that a consultation is not necessary but would like to talk to a doctor or Nurse this can be arranged via our Receptionists.
